Geert Hunaert's breakthrough was in the famous masturbation scene in the movie Love Is a Dog from Hell (1987), with Belgian star Michael Pas. He played in TV-series such as "Familie" (1992), "De kotmadam" (1991), and "Alle maten" (1998). He also often appears in the music band "VTM Soapband". In Alias (2002), he replaced Matthias Schoenaerts for the role of Dieter.
